Do parents or caregivers have to stay with the children during class?
A parent or caregiver must stay with any child in a Tiny Tot Fitness class (6 months – 3 years old). If a child is in a Mini Gym or Super Gym class (3 – 12 year olds), the parent/caregiver may leave provided the child and Columbus Gym Management are notified.
Can I bring an infant to my child's Tiny Tot Fitness class?
It is acceptable to bring an infant to class provided he/she is in a Snugli/sling.
Can a sibling participate in a class?
Siblings who are not enrolled in the class may not participate.
Do you offer trial classes?
Trial classes are available for the cost of one pro-rated class. Please call to schedule a trial class in advance.
What is the make-up policy?
We allow 2 make-up classes per session. Additional make-ups will be provided for classes not held due to holidays. Make-up class must be scheduled in advance and are limited to the current session. Make-ups are not allowed in the last week of the session.
What is the refund policy?
Students are entitled to a full refund, less a $60 registration fee prior to the first class of the session. No refunds will be given after the 2nd week of the session. Refunds after the first class are pro-rated, less the $60 registration fee.
What if I register my child for a class after the session has begun?
The price is pro-rated if you register after the start of the session.on fee.
What should my child wear to class?
Children go in the gym barefoot and should wear something comfortable so they can move freely. Jeans, jewelry, skirts, and dresses are not permitted
What if the child is new or inexperienced?
Coaches are experienced with all abilities and can work with various levels within the same class.
